Holland Park
Annette and Holgar had never been to Holland Park so we meet them at Kensington Station before showing.
There is a kids play area which is a giant sand pit with a variety of equipment (slide, swings, etc) in the sand.
We found several items (spades, rakes, etc) which other children had left.
We wondered through the woodland where Max and Zachary took great delight in running away from us.
We took some pictues of the boys on the wooden chairs.

Queens Jubaliee
As part of the celebrations there was a massive boat floatilla down the Thames. This event meant that all the bridges were closed except for ours as well as all the roads around the river. Millions of people lined the shores to watch this event even thought it was a misserable and grey.
Given that we were basically trapped in the area we decided to take advantage of the event and take the boys local park which was in the opposite direction.
The park was basically deserted so the boys were spoilt for choice.
Occassionally a family would wonder through on their way to or from the festivities.
A girl (about 8 years old) from one such group played with Zachary for a few minutes before they had to go. Before she left she kindly gave us her balloon; much to the delight of Zachary.
Thank goodness the little girl will never know that this wonderful gesture would only last 1 hour.

There's A House In Mummy's Tummy
That's right everyone, there's a modest 1 bedroom semi detatched house complete with compact kitchen and ensuite in mummy's tummy.
This twice rented open plan gem is currently occupied by a very young 12 week old Button whose lease runs out on 1 December 2012.
It has planning permission for a modest extension to suit the growing Button's requirements though the regulations state that the house must be put back in original condition with minimal disruption to the owner.
The owner states that this is the last rental and no extensions will be granted on the lease so Button should treat this as a non negotiable once in a lifetime opportunity.
Previous renters have yet to comment on Buttons tendancy. However, they did indicate that this was a lovely maintained, warm and comfortable property though the landlord does not appreciate tardiness when it comes to vacating the property.
Button has remained silent when questioned about his/her tenancy.
We do expect that there will be a immanent statement if only to announce when he/she is going to hold his/her first party to celebrate his/her inclusion into this exclusive rental group.
