Munch Munch
That's right, I now have a toothy smile. One little white tooth has popped up on my bottom jaw.
It was first noticed pushing the gums a week after Christmas but now it is fully there.
So at five and a half months I have a tooth.
Mum has been saying that my grizzliness was due to teething but people kept saying he's a little small and it might be a growth spurt. Apparently Not!
Mummy says I need to start brushing. I think she'll need to get some tooth paste and a tooth brush.
I wonder if I should make it challenging for her to help me brush my teeth? ;)

First Solids
Well it's the new year so I thought I'd do something to celebrate.
I decided to have my first go at eating solid food.

Today's meal is baby rice.
It wasn't too bad. In fact, I ate the two spoonfuls mum made up before having some milk to wash it all down.
Dad decided to film me eating so here is a video with the star attraction being MEEEEEE!

Someone's Covered The Grass In Icing Sugar
Well, that's what mum said to me. I think she's joking, though I'm not sure as I don't know what icing sugar is. :?
We've mainly been staying indoors but mum took me out on Friday as I had to have my 4 month injections. (phew, that's the last till I'm 1).
Mum carried me as it was too difficult to wheel the pram in the snow (she needs to get some skis fitted on it). As we walked the snow was falling and it landed all over us.
It was such a strange feeling as it was very very cold but so soft. Snowflakes landed on my eyelashes and I had to blink several times before they melted away.
Everytime I looked to see where they were coming from more would land on my face.
Mum was very proud that I didn't cry. I just couldn't work out what this stuff was.

Thank You
Mum has been very slack, and now its almost Christmas, with sending out the Thank You cards for all the gifts we'd received.
She'd been planning to send a photo of me with my gift to the sender. This meant that she needed to get me into the right mood (hopefully smiling).
Here are some of the photos she sent (not everything received is in the photos).
From Aunty Betty & Uncle Arthur
From Aunty Linda and Uncle Trevor
The crochet mat is from Paul and Paula and the tiger costume is from Aunty Faye and Uncle John.
The pj's are from Aunty Pauline
The patchwork mat and the puppets (Galah and Cockatoo) from Fiona.
From Aunty Robin and Uncle Ian
T shirt and Ugg Boots from Katrina and Nathan
From Emma and Craig I got an Australian counting book. Blinky Bill book and coins are from Travis and Zoe. 'Come back Zach' is fom Paula & Paul.
From Simon and Sinead

Babies Everywhere
Mum and dad had dinner with another set of friends (Tim and Megan); who are expecting their first child in February. They are expecting a little girl.
This is about the sixth set of couples who have or will be having babies by June next year. I cant wait, so many playmates.
The were very impressed with my snow suit even if it was too big for me.
